Empathy and professionalism at its peak
I referred my neighbour to the business as she was travelling and needed someone to look after his aged parents. Golden Living Care stepped in and they were wonderful. All their members of staff who supported my neighbour's parents were exceptional. My friend was so excited as she monitors the care notes online. She was been given regular updates and the feedbacks from her parents were also positive.

Although the care package was initially expected to end when AG’s wife returned from hospital, the strong rapport built between AG and the carers has made a lasting impact. As a result, AG has decided to continue receiving support from Golden Living Care on a long-term basis.
